Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Decor Crafted, we understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. We strive to make the return, refund, and exchange process seamless and hassle-free for our customers. Please carefully read our policies outlined below:


Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product that is damaged, incomplete, the wrong size, or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us on WhatsApp and providing clear pictures of the product.
  2. We will arrange for a return pickup of the product. Please ensure that the return package is securely packed to prevent any further damage during transit.
  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the following included:
    • Original price tags, barcodes, labels
    • User manual, warranty card (if applicable)
    • Invoice and any other relevant documents

Upon receipt, the returned product will undergo a quality check to verify that the issue is our responsibility and not caused by misuse or external factors. If eligible, a replacement or refund will be processed.

In the case of incomplete products or items missing from the package, the missing components will be sent after verification.


Changed Mind / Size or Quality Not as Expected

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction:

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  2. The returned items will undergo a quality check to confirm their eligibility for a refund or exchange. If found ineligible, the product will be returned to you (shipping costs borne by the customer).

Important Notes:

  • Handmade products may exhibit slight variations in appearance and finish due to the nature of craftsmanship.
  • Color variations may occur depending on your display screen.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. For COD orders, you will need to provide your bank account details to process the refund. COD charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


Non-Refundable Products

  • Custom Products: Products specifically customized or made-to-order based on your requests cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged. Replacements will only be allowed in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
  • DIY Kits: DIY painting kits cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been used. Unused kits with all components intact are eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing them by contacting us via WhatsApp.
  • After 4 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% deduction of the order value as return shipping costs, along with a 3% transaction fee for prepaid orders.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Custom Product Orders

Custom-made products are designed exclusively for you and are therefore:

  1. Non-refundable
  2. Non-cancelable
  3. Non-exchangeable

Replacements will only be provided if the product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence.
