• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted Delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • Cancellation/Return in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product report a complaint at customer care at support@decorcrafted.com within 24 hours of delivery and a solution will be provided within 72 hours . If in the opinion of Decor Crafted, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Decor Crafted, to address the issue
  • Cancellation in case of a wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support.
